Online Resources, Inc (ORI) has over 30 years of experience integrating emerging and innovative technologies. In 2022, ORI created a new division of the company, Connections XR. This division focuses on 3D content creation providing forward-thinking solutions for enterprise applications that include 3D scanning, 3D printing, and extended reality (XR) experiences. 

  • JD Schaumberg

    VP of Operations

    JD is the Vice President of Operations for Online Resources Inc. and Connections XR. He has a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and Business from Purdue University. He worked for several Architecture firms, and non-profits before joining Online Resources Inc (ORI) in 2013. In his tenure with ORI he has been responsilbe for several roles within the company, and has launched two new divisions: Q-Point Robotics, and Connections XR.

  • Jenny Johnson

    Director of Business Development

    Jenny Johnson will become the Director of Business Development at Connections XR in July 2023. She has Master of Library Science degree from IUPUI. Jenny has spent the last 22 years working as an academic librarian for IUPUI University Library. During her tenure, she focused on access and preservation for 2D/3D digitization projects with a variety of community and cultural heritage partners.

  • Derek Miller

    Director of Content Development

    Derek Miller is the Director of Content Development at Connections XR. He has a B.S. in Computer Animation from Full Sail University. Derek has over 10+ years experience working in the 3D rendering industry for a variety of companies and studios. In 2018 he joined Jenny Johnson in running the 3D scanning department for IUPUI University Library for historical preservation. In 2022 Derek left IUPUI to form Connections XR (a division of Online Resources Inc.) and continues to specialize in Extended Reality (XR) services such as: 3D scanning, 3D printing, and virtual reality.

  • Ben Jackson

    Software Developer

    Ben Jackson is a Software Developer for Connections XR. He is currently enrolled at IUPUI working on his B.S. in Computer Science. Ben has been coding since he was a child, and is fluent in several programming languages. While still in high school Ben joined Connections XR as an intern and quickly established himself as an excellent developer. Ben has shipped several projects since joining Connections XR, and is continuing to grow his skill sets while going to school.
